Job Summary
Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Sage X3 Support Analyst based in Kempton Park, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to users of the Sage X3 applications. You will work closely with the development team and clients to resolve system issues, implement enhancements, and ensure that the system is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Sage X3 users, diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the application features.
- Conduct training for end-users to ensure optimal use of the Sage X3 system.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to recommend improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation for the support processes and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of new software versions and upgrades.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to ensure requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sage X3 Support Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Sage X3 functionalities and modules.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
