Ideal candidates must have experience working in a fast-paced business environment and be in possession of exceptional selling and customer service skills, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail. The position requires high work ethics and personal effectiveness. Proficiency with computers is a must and experience working with CRM software is an advantage and so is previous call centre experience. Ideal qualities for the position include:

The work schedule is a rotational schedule of 5 working day week including weekends and two days off. The working day is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Training will be provided for product knowledge and product information as well as CRM software
