What will you do:

Strategic Advisory and Reporting:
- Provide strategic advice to Managing Director and management team.
- Regularly report results and findings to key stakeholders.

Resource Management:
- Effectively manage resources, including attracting, hiring, and retaining personnel.
- Ensure that employees align with the company's strategic direction to achieve its mission.

Business Planning and Monitoring:
- Develop and report on business plans, monitoring efficacy and progress.
- Continuous monitoring of the annual budget, ensuring revenue/sales targets are met.

Initiative Implementation:
- Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue and lower operating costs.
- Maintain quality products that are competitive, while delivering excellent customer support.

Marketing Strategy:
- Manage and report on the effective implementation of a marketing strategy to maintain market relevance and promote products and services.

Key Relationships Management:
- Effectively manage key personnel, clients, and service providers.

Quality Assurance:
- Maintain the quality of products, services, and customer support in line with service level agreements and other retention strategies.

Staff Wellness and Compliance:
- Promote the wellness of staff.
- Implement policies in line with labor legislation and health and safety guidelines to create a diverse and positive working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant degree and qualifications
- Previous experience in activations and experiential marketing.
