Production Administrator (Signage)

Our client, a well-established company with a 30-year track record in the signage industry, is seeking a Production Administrator / Co Ordinator to join their team. They specialize in the design, development, manufacturing, and installation of large-scale signage, offering a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Management: Monitor and intercept emails to maintain smooth communication flow.
  
• Job Tracking: Manage and track job cards throughout production.
  
• Client Liaison: Assist with quotes and maintain excellent client relationships.
  
• Project Management Updates: Update artwork and information in ClickUp (training provided).
  
• General Administration: Support other office functions, including updating systems and records.
  
• Software Use: Utilize tools like MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and Pastel to support daily tasks
  
  

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

You will Need:

• A Matric (Grade 12)
  
• ± 5 years’ experience in a Similar Role (Production Administration / Planning / Coordination / Tracking / Expediting)
  
• Personal Attributes: 
  

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication and client liaison abilities.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn a new system (e.g., ClickUp).
  
• A team-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
  

• Additional Requirements:
  

• Driver’s License: Yes
  
• Non-Smoker
  

Please note the Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday (07:00 – 17:00)
  
• Friday (07:00 – 15:00)
  
• The role and demands of the position may also require additional hours to ensure project delivery.
