What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with corporate goals and drive market expansion.
Lead tied agent sales operations by setting performance goals, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing sales processes.
Manage and control the provincial budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Provide strategic direction, analyzing business trends to boost profitability and growth.
Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Mentor and lead your team, fostering a high-performance sales culture that delivers results.
What You Bring to the Table:
Qualifications:
B.Com Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Sales, or Business.
Regulatory Exam (RE1) certification.
Experience & Skills:
8+ years of management experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of Long-Term Insurance & Funeral Services industries.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proven track record in sales strategy execution, financial management, and team leadership.
