Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Developer with expertise in User Experience (UX) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to manage and develop our group’s websites. This role is pivotal in ensuring our online presence remains cutting-edge, user-friendly, and optimized for performance and engagement.
- Website Management:
- Maintain and update websites for all FutureSense Group brands.
- Ensure all websites are functional, secure, and regularly tested for issues.
- Manage hosting, domains, and integrations with third-party platforms.
- User Experience (UX):
- Improve the overall user journey and interface design across websites.
- Implement best practices to enhance user engagement and conversions.
- Conduct user testing and data analysis to inform design improvements.
- SEO and Performance:
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Monitor website traffic, search performance, and engagement metrics.
- Development and Innovation:
- Create and implement new website features and functionality.
- Work with marketing and content teams to align website content with brand strategy.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
Requirements
Required:
- Proven experience in website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms such as WordPress).
- Strong understanding of UX principles and design best practices.
- Expertise in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Experience with website performance analysis and tools like Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Experience with CRM integrations (e.g., Zoho).
- Familiarity with website security and data protection standards.
- Graphic design experience (e.g., Canva).

Location: Fully Remote
UK Working Hours: 9 am - 5:30 pm UK Mon - Fri Normal Time (Summer Time: May - Aug 8:30 - 6 pm Mon - Thurs & Fri - 8:30 - 12:30)

Salary Range: R30 000 - R40 000
