?? Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
?? Location: Full-time onsite in Plumstead

What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for IT support
- Handle password resets, software & hardware troubleshooting
- Guide users through basic technical issues & procedures
- Account setups and ticket logging
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 when needed
What We’re Looking For:
? General IT knowledge & problem-solving skills
? Strong customer service and communication skills
? Experience with Windows & Mac operating systems
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
