Job title: Programmatic Digital Out of Home Sales Lead
The PDOOH Sales Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the success and integration of PDOOH within the business. Your focus will be on enabling the sales team optimising programmatic operations, building and maintaining relationships with key partners, and increasing ad server revenue while ensuring seamless client and agency experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop strategies aligning PDOOH with digital trends
Identify and pursue Ad Server revenue growth opportunities
Create tailored solutions to meet client needs and industry trends
Educate and support the sales team on PDOOH
Transition qualified leads to Account Executives
Develop sales enablement tools and collateral
Guide operational workflows, campaign setup, and troubleshooting
Manage relationships with partners (e.g., Polygon, Hivestack) and agencies
Collaborate with marketing to align sales collateral and campaigns with PDOOH goals
Monitor inventory and revenue trends for optimisation
Requirements
Proven experience in PDOOH, programmatic advertising, or digital media sales
Strong understanding of Ad Server operations, SSPs, and programmatic platforms
Track record of building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth
Experience in developing sales strategies, collateral, and training materials
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and agencies
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in programmatic advertising
