About the Role:
Are you a creative, highly organized, and strategic events professional with a passion for wine? We are looking for an Events Manager to take full ownership of delivering world-class consumer and trade events for a premium portfolio of wine brands.
About the Role
As the Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating a range of high-profile events, including:
- Brand activations & trade shows
- Exclusive V-VIP experiences & incentive trips
- Internal conferences & corporate events
- Portfolio tastings and brand home experiences
This role requires someone who can think strategically, manage budgets, and execute flawlessly, ensuring that every event delivers exceptional impact and brand engagement.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage an 18-month rolling events calendar with clear goals and ROI measures
- Oversee all aspects of event planning, execution, and post-event reporting
- Work with internal teams and external partners to amplify event impact across digital and PR channels
- Ensure events serve as a key driver for customer engagement, lead generation, and brand loyalty
- Research trends and develop innovative ideas for future event experiences
- Act as the go-to events champion within the organization, mentoring teams on best practices
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in wine event management (or a related luxury industry)
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and optimize costs
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Passion for wine and a willingness to champion the category
