About the Role:
Opportunity available at a Boutique Travel Solutions company for an Inbound Groups and Incentives Consultant.
Requirements:
Experience in Inbound groups and Incentive travel coordination
Strong organizational and logistical skills
Knowledge of Southern and Eastern African travel destinations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems and travel booking platforms, Tour plan and Wetu is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
This is a full-time hybrid role that involves managing Inbound Groups and Incentive travel, coordination logistics, developing customized travel packages, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
With divisions focusing on MICE, Leisure travel, Luxury travel and Golf travel, we are dedicated to providing prompt, accurate, creative and personalized service to ensure unforgettable journey for our travellers.
