GR 10 -12 ONLINE TEACHER - Cambridge/Pearson Curriculum
This is a full-time 5 days a week position

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching IGCSE Mathematics (Higher and Foundation tiers) and AS Mathematics Pure to students

The ideal candidate will have experience with the Cambridge or Pearson Curriculum and will be responsible for guiding students through engaging learning opportunities, delivering the required curriculum, and fostering a positive online classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons aligned with the IGCSE and AS Level curricula.
• Planning and preparing high-quality online teaching materials.
• Assessing student progress and providing continuous constructive feedback.
• Differentiating instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Utilizing a range of online teaching strategies to enhance student understanding, engagement and participation.
• Analyse marks to constantly work on academic progress and success.
• Maintaining accurate student records and assessments.
• Participating in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
• Contributing to the wider school community.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
• A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• A minimum of 4 years of experience teaching IGCSE and/or AS Level Mathematics.
• Proven ability to teach both Higher and Foundation tier IGCSE Mathematics.
• Excellent subject knowledge in Pure Mathematics at AS Level.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
• Native-level fluency in English.
• Experience working in an international school environment (desirable).
• Experience using a range of teaching technologies (desirable).
