Job Summary
We are looking for a Boring Mill Operator who will be required to:
- Operate drilling machines, which bore, mill or ream holes in metal, plastic or other fabricated materials meant to assemble into larger components
- Control a boring machine or similar drilling or mill machine to bore, ream, or drill holes in different materials, such as metal and plastic
- Drill different kinds of holes, such as countersink holes, which can be covered up upon assembly
- Responsible for machine set-up, its operation, and the maintenance of tools and equipment
- Adhere to all relevant safety guidelines at your job site
- Set-up, calibration and maintenance of the machinery and other tools
- Work will primarily involve working on the manual vertical milling machines
