As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance within our organization. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you’ll design, implement, and facilitate effective learning programs, with a focus on continuous improvement to keep our workforce competitive and adaptable. Additionally, you will take ownership of the new Learning Management System (LMS) implemented by the group.
