Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead the charge in new client acquisition. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to demos, deal negotiation, and handover to the onboarding team. This is a high-impact role for someone entrepreneurial, strategic, and passionate about the aesthetics and wellness space.
Lead Generation & Outreach
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive cold outreach, social media messaging (Instagram, LinkedIn), and lead reactivation campaigns
Research prospective clients and tailor your approach to their specific needs and challenges
Sales Demos & Presentations
Deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly communicate the platform’s value
Customise presentations to address the pain points of potential clients and position the product as the ideal solution
Contract Negotiation & Closing
Manage the full negotiation process and secure legally sound contracts
Accurately forecast pipeline and deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaboration & Client Handover
Work closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients
Share client feedback with the product and marketing teams to inform future strategy
CRM Management & Reporting
Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot preferred)
Track key metrics, generate reports, and identify opportunities for optimisation
