Job Summary:

As a Senior Network Engineer at our client’s organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing network solutions that ensure the reliability and performance of their ICT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a CCIE-certified professional with extensive experience in network engineering and a strong track record in managing complex network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design & Implementation: Design and implement robust and scalable network solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Network Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on network architecture and strategies, and mentor junior engineers and network administrators.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve advanced network issues promptly, working closely with other IT teams and stakeholders.
• Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures. Generate regular reports on network performance and incidents.
• Project Management: Lead network-related projects, from planning and execution to evaluation, ensuring successful delivery within scope and deadlines.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems and applications. Engage with vendors and partners to manage network equipment and services.

Qualifications:

• Certification: CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) certification is required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong background in designing and managing complex network infrastructures.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Cisco networking technologies, routing and switching, network security, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in network design and implementation tools and techniques.
• Problem-Solving: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving network issues.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
