We are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer to join our team in the Eastern Cape. The ideal candidate should have strong system analysis and design skills, object-oriented programming (OOP) experience, and expertise in modern front-end technologies. You will be responsible for building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications while working with large datasets and healthcare/medical systems. Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and PHP.
  
• Perform system analysis and design, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  
• Implement OOP principles to create efficient and reusable code structures.
  
• Work with large datasets, ensuring fast and optimized data retrieval and display.
  
• Develop healthcare or medical system solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  
• Integrate front-end applications with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) for scalability and performance.
  
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance across different devices and browsers.
  
• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design principles.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing systems to improve functionality and performance.
  

Requirements

• Matric with 10+ years of experience OR Diploma in IT/Computer Science with 6+ years of experience
  
• System Analysis and Design experience.
  
• OOP development experience with a focus on modular and scalable architectures.
  
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and PHP.
  
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and front-end frameworks.
  
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) for hosting and deployment.
  
• Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance for data-heavy applications.
  
• Experience with healthcare or medical systems is a strong advantage.
  
• Knowledge of API integration, RESTful services, and database connectivity.
  
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.).
