We are seeking an experienced BMC Helix Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in BMC Helix ITSM, Business Workflows (BWF), Digital Workplace Catalog (DWP), and Smart IT customization. You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex business workflows and service management solutions in a multi-business, multi-tenant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Workflow Development (BWF): Configure and optimize automated workflows to enhance service efficiency.
  
• DWP Catalog Development: Customize and manage Digital Workplace Catalog for seamless user self-service experiences.
  
• Smart IT UI Customization: Modify Smart IT forms by adding or customizing fields through front-end overlays.
  
• Database Management: Understand and optimize the database structure, ensuring smooth data flow between different modules.
  
• Work Order & Task Templates: Establish clear links between DWP Catalog, Work Orders, Task Groups, and Task Templates to streamline service requests.
  
• Custom Auto-Assignment Rules: Develop dynamic auto-assignment rules based on various business scenarios across multiple environments.
  
• Control Tables & Lookups: Configure and maintain Control Tables and Lookups to ensure data integrity and efficient system operations.
  
• Dynamic Question Forms: Design front-end question forms with conditional logic (IF/OR statements) for improved user interaction.
  
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex workflow issues to maintain service continuity and efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in BMC Helix ITSM, Smart IT, and DWP Catalog development.
  
• Expertise in Business Workflows (BWF) for service automation and optimization.
  
• Proficiency in database management (SQL, DB structure, data models).
  
• Knowledge of Auto-Assignment and Task Automation in ITSM environments.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Business Workflow processes.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Experience working in a multi-business / multi-tenant ITSM environment.
