BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in commercial sales, ideally within the renewable energy or related industries.
- Solar Energy Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar energy systems and the commercial energy market.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Client Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
NECESSARY EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:
- Identify and Engage Potential Clients: Actively seek out and engage potential commercial clients interested in transitioning to solar energy solutions.
- Conduct Site Assessments and Energy Audits: Perform detailed site assessments and energy audits to determine the most effective solar solutions for clients.
- Develop and Present Customized Proposals: Create and present tailored solar proposals that meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineering and installation teams to guarantee seamless project execution from start to finish.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the company's growth and success.
