- Preparation of technical reports and analysis for inclusion in Board and Audit Committee packs
- Preparation of company tax returns for review by the CFO (Income Tax and Provisional Tax)
- Preparation of VAT and PAYE returns for review by CFO
- Preparation of quarterly and annual regulatory returns for review by the CFO
- Preparation of quarterly Group reporting packages
- Drafting annual financial statements
- Preparing annual budgets
- Prepare supporting schedules for management reports
- Complete special assignments and projects for the department as assigned by CFO
- Conduct research on various issues as directed, accounting, actuarial operations, and other topics/areas as needed
- Maintenance of General Ledger system for routine transactions
- Prepare monthly payroll reporting and perform payroll administration
- Treasury management (including petty cash)
- Responsible for financial control
