Job Summary
Recruit, train, and manage a talented team of stylists, nail technicians, lash specialists, and other beauty professionals.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure staff are up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and Lux Studio standards.
Ensure every client receives a top-tier, luxurious experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, with a commitment to client satisfaction and retention. Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Lux Studio’s values and high standards at all times. Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing salon environment that meets health and safety standards.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize service bookings, increase customer loyalty, and drive revenue.
Manage budgets, payroll, and track performance metrics.
Monitor service sales, retail sales, and profitability to ensure financial targets are met.
Handle administrative tasks, including client records, staff scheduling, and reporting.
