Workshop Operations: Coordinate all activities within the workshop, including pump repairs, maintenance, and testing.
Quality Control: Ensure all repairs and maintenance work meet company standards and customer expectations. Implement and oversee quality control processes.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of parts and tools, place orders as needed, and ensure proper storage and handling.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that the workshop adheres to all health and safety regulations.
Customer Communication: Liaise with customers to understand their needs, provide updates on repair progress, and address any concerns or issues.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and other relevant metrics. Prepare reports for senior management as required.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
