Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator (Fixed Term) to administrate and coordinate renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and project agreements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures.
- Support procurement management in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.
- Use project management tools to track work hours, plans, and costs.
- Issue legal paperwork such as contracts and agreements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, environmental standards, and industry regulations.
Key Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality control processes.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery, is advantageous.
- South African citizenship preferred.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate (minimum requirement).
- BA in Business Administration or a related qualification (preferred).
