- Matric (with Accounting as a subject)
- Tertiary qualification advantageous.
- Financial background would be an advantage.

- Excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Financial administration.
- Contacting clients to follow up on information requests.
- Maintaining ongoing client files.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Providing assistance to the Finance Manager.
- Timesheet reports.
- Preparation of Confirmation Letters.
- General administrative duties as requested.
