Job Summary
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Financial Manager to join our client's team in the Radio and Media industry. As a Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in analyzing daily financial activities, providing advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans, and ensuring the company's financial health is maintained and improved.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Create and implement strategies to optimize the company's financial performance and reduce costs.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to upper management.
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to ensure proper allocation of funds.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure they are aligned with company goals.
- Manage accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certifications such as CA, CIMA, and SAICA
- 3-4 years of experience in financial management within the radio and media industry, or similar
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present financial information to stakeholders.
