Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts to recover outstanding debts
- Implement strategies to collect payments efficiently
- Contact debtors to inquire about payment status and negotiate payment plans
- Resolve disputes, discrepancies, and complaints professionally

- Escalate unresolved cases to superiors where necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Debt Collector
- Strong knowledge of legal requirements related to debt collection
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Matric certificate essential
