Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst/Developer with a strong logical mindset and a systematic approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and driving innovation. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in technical investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including post-implementation activities.
- Ensure that processes and business rules are accurately documented and aligned with the delivery strategy.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring they meet the necessary business needs.
- Manage the development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation aspects of projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Identify, track, report, and resolve issues with proactive root cause analysis.
- Consistently deliver high-quality services by applying and communicating project standards.
Required Experience & Skills:
- SQL: 5+ years of proficiency.
- Unix/Linux Operating Systems: 3+ years of experience.
- Business Analysis: 3-5 years of experience, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
- Production Support: Experience in investigations, log file analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Reconciliations: Basic understanding.
- Windows and MS Office Tools: Proficiency, including Excel and Notepad++.
- Application Support & Investigations: Experience in this area is essential.
- Reporting Tools: Experience with Power BI or similar tools is preferred.
- Project/Time Management: Strong organizational skills are required.
