The position requires an experienced and suitably qualified Fund Administrator who is accountable,
meticulous with high attention to detail and client service orientation.
The position comprises delivery in the following areas:
Accurate capturing and processing of client instructions
Ensure that the SLA objectives are met in terms of business process
Follow up with clients for outstanding documents
Timeous resolution of internal and external queries
Ensure that ad hoc admin processes are completed timeously ( Daily mail and EOD)
Understand the Financial services industry
In depth knowledge of the Financial intelligence centre Act and Due diligence requirements
Ensure appropriate and quick resolution of all client queries
Deal with client queries directly with clients or via the contact centre
Basic understanding of the ETF product requirements
Manage work load independently to ensure daily deadlines are met
Following and understanding procedure
Ability to follow and complete routine functions
Grasp basic calculation requirements
Recognise errors within detailed information
Ability to prioritise and plan appropriately
Experience:
Minimum 2 years Fund Administration & or Unit Trust experience
Qualifications:
Minimum matric, desired tertiary certificate
