Hiring: Client/Institutional support (Bcom graduates) in Rosebank
Role Overview:
As an Institutional Support, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to institutional clients. Your primary focus will be managing client inquiries, resolving technical issues, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring clients have a seamless experience using the company's platform. This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for institutional clients, managing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
Technical Troubleshooting: Assist clients with technical issues related to the platform, ensuring smooth functionality and integration.
Onboarding & Training: Help onboard new clients, guiding them through setup and providing training to ensure they maximize platform usage.
Issue Resolution: Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams, following up to ensure prompt resolution.
Client Monitoring: Proactively monitor client accounts and identify potential issues to address before they become problems.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to ensure client needs are met.
Compliance Support: Provide clients with guidance on compliance and regulatory requirements related to the platform.
Key Requirements:
Education: A BCom degree or equivalent is required.
Skills:
Strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
