Job Description:
Responsible for Monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to improve Channels
Handle client escalations
Prepare and Implement quality assurance policies and procedures
Responsible for Quality control, Measuring Customer satisfaction
Perform routine inspections and quality tests
Responsible for troubleshooting
Qualification and Skills:
Must have Degree in Business Management/ Commerce and/or Finance
Must come from finance services industry
Must have own reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license
Clear criminal and credit record
