Requirements & Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a CFO in at least one PE-backed business.
- Strong background in professional services, preferably with a tech-enabled focus.
- Direct responsibility for FP&A, Investor Relations, Pricing, and Budgeting functions/teams.
- Directly responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports for equity investors.
- Lead a strategic role in assessing synergies in M&A and ensure synergy realisation during acquisition integration efforts.
- Experience in leading and improving financial processes, including A/R, A/P, and financial close processes.
- Lead systems review for financial processes to optimise performance, reduce manual effort, and ensure reliable and timely financial data.
- Develop client margin models and pricing strategies to drive market penetration and enhance margins.
- Lead total company forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Direct discussions regarding compensation schemes to drive desired business performance, overseeing compensation and investment committees.
- Lead overall compliance from a financial and process standpoint.
- Oversee cash management and balance sheet.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and other key leaders, serving as a business partner in driving growth
