We are looking for an experienced Warranty Clerk to join our service department at a vehicle dealership.
Duties:
- Collaborating with Managers and Technicians to fulfill warranty requirements
- Solving warranty issues and addressing customer concerns
- Monitoring and reporting on defective products
- Maintaining detailed records of customer information and warranty reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warranty Clerk within a service department
- Experience working in a vehicle dealership and with a corporate brand
- Strong attention to detail, focus, and excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with motor industry systems such as Kerridge, Autoline, etc.
- Motor industry experience is essential
- Grade 12 qualification
- Clear criminal record
