Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with the brand.
Copywriting all social media content following brand guidelines.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and engagement opportunities.
Assist in the development of social media policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Improve and develop digital marketing functions through social platforms.
Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate strategies across multiple platforms.
Optimise social media activities through data analysis, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Execute digital marketing initiatives, including paid ads, sponsorships, email promotions, and campaigns.
Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report key social media metrics.
Monitor and enhance social media sentiment, recommending improvements where needed.
Set up and optimize analytics tools for visitor behaviour tracking.
Track and report social media activities, providing insights to stakeholders.
Oversee financial modelling, tracking, and reporting for digital marketing programs.
Plan and execute digital competitions and promotional strategies.
Evaluate emerging social media technologies and recommend their application.
Collaborate with design, IT, and service providers to create multimedia content.
Assist in vendor negotiations and contract evaluations.
Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing methodologies, and product/partner launches.
Key Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in a relevant field.
Social Media and Digital Marketing certification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok).
Experience in fintech or financial services (advantageous but not mandatory).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, marketing processes, and content creation (both video and static).
