Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support project teams in a dynamic financial services environment. The ideal candidate will assist in project coordination, documentation, and reporting to ensure the smooth execution of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to project managers and teams.
Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and schedules.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
Assist with resource planning, budgeting, and procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in project administration or coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in the financial sector is an advantage.
