Role Overview:
Sagen Advisory recruitment company is seeking a driven, meticulous, highly organized detail-oriented, and passionate Administrator based in the George, Hartenbos, or Mossel Bay area to join our international accounting firm client who has offices in Cape Town, Mosselbaai, London, and Ibiza Spain.
The ideal candidate has a deep passion for administrative work, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. We seek someone with integrity, grit, and a drive for continuous improvement to ensure our processes are efficient and our clients are well-supported.
This role is based in Mosselbaai and has a hybrid option of working in the office on some days and remotely on others. More details will be discussed during the interview phase.

Administrative Support:
- Manage and navigate software applications, including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Karbon, and other relevant tools.
- Ensure proper organization and storage of all documents and files according to established processes.
- Research, implement, and train the team on new software features or tools to enhance productivity.
Process Management:
- Monitor adherence to internal processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements.
- Research potential solutions, implement changes, and communicate them effectively to the team.
- Conduct routine audits of systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor team adherence to processes and provide constructive feedback when needed.
- Provide constructive feedback to the team regarding process compliance.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with accountants and team members to coordinate administrative tasks and meet deadlines.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by sharing feedback and suggestions.
- Provide clear communication, updates, and insights to ensure tasks and goals are aligned.
- Actively share insights and solutions to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Task Management:
- Complete tasks with precision and diligence, maintaining focus on achieving high-quality results.
- Manage repetitive tasks, such as proofreading and formatting, with consistency, patience and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate endurance and creativity in handling complex or lengthy projects.
- Stay focused and maintain motivation during lengthy or complex projects.
Skills and Attributes:
- Experience: 3+ years of administration experience in an accounting, law, or corporate environment.

Remuneration:
R12 000 – R15 000pm depending on qualifications, and experience.
