Key Requirements:
- National Diploma in Construction Management
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must Reside in Western Cape
- 10 Years' Experience in Construction
- Contractual Knowledge: NEC, JBCC
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good Knowledge of Construction Processes, Design Specifications, Sequence building and Health and Safety
Responsibilities:
- Site Management
- Programmes of work planning
- Efficient flow of communication
- Stakeholder communication
- Oversee OHS onsite
- Oversee housekeeping
- People Management
- Completion of documentation
- Identify risks
- Monitor quality
- Production progress
