Hire Resolve is actively seeking a Structural Draughtsman to join our client's dynamic team in Pretoria (PTA). If you are passionate about delivering precise and innovative structural drawings and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate structural drawings using CAD software based on client specifications and relevant codes.
- Translate concepts and design requirements into detailed and high-quality technical drawings.
- Participate in project meetings and collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and project managers to meet deadlines.
- Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure designs align with actual conditions.
- Revise drafts based on feedback from senior engineers and adhere to changing project needs.
- Minimum of a BTech/BSc/BEng
- At least 5 years of proven experience in structural drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Experience on SANRAL Projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and structural design principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
