Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Expand business and generate revenue through customer relationships
Identify and develop sales leads
Serve as the key business liaison
Develop and drive strategic relationships and initiatives
Create and execute sales management plans
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
Monitor competitor trends
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
Work closely with the bid office
Install cable support structures
Industry Knowledge:
Fire, Safety & Security in Southern Africa
CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems, Electric Fencing, Fire Detection and Suppression
Fibre Optic and Networking (LAN, Wireless, Long-distance wireless)
Remote monitoring and IP video system setup
Qualifications:
Matric Essential
5+ years in Fire Safety and Security industry
Experience in large-scale projects and business development
Proven sales and new business development track record
National Diploma (minimum) or Degree (preferred) in Management, IT, or Security Management
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, networking, project management, and people management skills
Resilient, deadline-oriented, effective, and efficient
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Honest, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
