Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Project Control – Schedulers to develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules for large-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, and project control methodologies to ensure on-time and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze project progress, identifying potential delays, risks, and opportunities for schedule optimization.
- Provide regular schedule updates, reports, and forecasts to project teams and senior management.
- Integrate multiple project schedules into a master schedule, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all workstreams.
- Utilize advanced scheduling tools and frameworks to support project planning, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
- Support the development and implementation of project control processes and tools to improve scheduling efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time project delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or a related field.
- Project management experience and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification are mandatory.
- Advanced knowledge of scheduling frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Agile, Critical Path Method).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex project data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for resource planning and cost control.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the oil & gas, construction, or energy sectors.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and other project control techniques.
- Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
