Hiring: Client Engagement Specialist (Cape Town)
As a Client Engagement Specialist within Sustainability team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from the data analytics solutions. You will act as a primary point of contact, understanding client needs, facilitating communication, and driving client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business goals and sustainability challenges.
Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure they are achieving their objectives with our solutions.
Client Onboarding and Training:
Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and setup of our data analytics solutions.
Provide comprehensive training sessions for clients on how to use our tools and interpret data insights.
Develop and update training materials and resources to support ongoing client education.
Project Coordination and Support:
Coordinate with internal teams to manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and keep clients informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.
Client Feedback and Advocacy:
Gather and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product development.
Advocate for client needs and priorities within the company, ensuring their voices are heard and addressed.
