Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Document Management: Responsible for creating, updating, archiving, and filing all documents and records within a project or organization, including technical specifications, contracts, reports, drawings, etc.
- Document Control: Ensuring that documents adhere to specified formats, standards, and version control requirements, as well as appropriate approval processes and records.
- Document Process Management: Coordinating and managing document processes, including approval, modification, distribution, and archiving, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents.
- System Maintenance: Managing document management systems or software, ensuring their proper functioning, and providing training and support to other staff.
- Communication and Coordination: Communicating with project teams and stakeholders, and coordinating document requirements, changes, and issue resolution.
INTERNAL / EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
- English is normal language
- Mandarin or Afrikaans will be preferred
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering University
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Document Control Engineer field

- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skill.
