Job Summary
Position: Junior Process Engineer
Hire Resolves client is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Process Engineer to join their team in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Analyse data and identify areas for process improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor results
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues as they arise
- Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for production staff
- Monitor and maintain process documentation and records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
