Job Summary
Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a Maritime Facilitator to join their team. The Maritime Facilitator is responsible for training and developing individuals in the maritime industry, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The facilitator will implement educational programs, conduct assessments, and promote safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Training & Facilitation: Deliver maritime training programs to ensure learners acquire required skills and knowledge.
- Competency Assessments: Conduct individual assessments to evaluate learner competency in maritime processes and safety practices.
- Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials to meet evolving maritime industry standards.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure learners adhere to maritime safety regulations and operational guidelines.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and learner progress reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with maritime organizations, regulatory bodies, and clients to align training with industry requirements.
- Learning Interventions: Identify knowledge gaps and implement remedial training for individuals or groups.
- Health & Safety: Promote and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies during training activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- A relevant qualification in Maritime Studies or Education and Training.
- Accreditation as a facilitator, assessor, or moderator (advantageous).
- Proven experience in maritime training or operational roles.
- Knowledge of maritime regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital training tools.

Preferred Requirements
