The House Painter will be responsible for preparing and painting surfaces in residential properties, including walls, ceilings, doors, and trim. Responsibilities include surface preparation, paint application, and ensuring a smooth, professional finish. This role requires a strong eye for detail, proficiency in color mixing, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, filling holes, and sanding as needed Apply primers, paints, and finishes according to project specifications Mix colors and textures to achieve desired effects Cover and protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures during the painting process Clean up materials and tools after each job to maintain a safe and tidy environment Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients to meet project expectations Maintain an inventory of painting supplies and materials Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years of residential painting experience Skills: Proficiency with brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and other painting tools Familiarity with different paint types and finishes Ability to work with ladders and scaffolding for high areas Basic knowledge of color mixing and matching Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods; lift and carry up to 25 kg Other: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Error!
