Job Description:
Hire Resolve's Client is looking for a Chief Planner with experience in the mining industry to join their team in the Northern Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic mining plans and schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations, and managing a team of planners to achieve production targets. The Chief Planner will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Drive maintenance planning
- Develop and optimize maintenance schedules
- Manage supplier relationships and performance monitoring
- Ensuring compliance with SHERQ requirements
- Build and develop planning team
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- A Valid Trade Certificate
- N4 Certificate
- Certificate in Maintenance Management
- Middle Management Programme
- 3 years planned maintenance in a Plant / Mining environment
- 4 years Work Management and Control in a Plant / Mining environment
- 3 years Supervisory experience
- 2 years Data management
Benefits:
