Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all Foreman-related tasks on-site, covering wet works, finishing, or general foreman duties.
- Effectively manage assigned staff, including monitoring clock cards.
- Maintain quality checklists for assigned work packages.
- Verify site measurements and assist with inspection checklists.
- Communicate daily site requirements, such as material shortages.
- Ensure planned work is executed according to the agreed schedule.
- Oversee material availability to prevent delays.
- Ensure quality control on all site work.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct mini risk assessments for planned work.
- Inspect tools before use.
- Adhere to and enforce workplace health & safety regulations.
