Job Summary
Basic Requirements:
- Formal Tertiary education: Grade 12
- Experience:
- 3+ years of recruitment & selection experience ideally in the automotive sector
- Proven sourcing track record
- Human Resources qualification (beneficial)
- MS Office & LinkedIn Recruiter
- Languages: English, Afrikaans, Xhosa (advantageous)
Job Objectives:
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs
- You will play a critical role in identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding them through the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions
- Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Manage the candidate pipeline and track progress
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
- Negotiate offers and prepare employment contracts
- Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work – Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
- Generate and maintain employee data on the JMS ERP system
- Provide employees with leave reports on request.
