Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
General - but not limited to
- Computer Literate – Full Office suite
- High attention to detail
- Good commuciation and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the Road Transport Law – Traffic fines
- Tracking – Mixtgelematics system experience an advantage
- Assist with any Fleet related issues
Admin
- Tracking – Mixtelematics Systems.
- Procument - Obtain quotation
- Monthly contract payment
- Reports as and when required
- Update of Tracking system as and when required (Reports, Driver Id tags, contact details
- De installation of tracking units
- Re installation of tracking units
- Arrange repairs as and when required
- Weekly compiling report for private km travel (Tracking system & communication with internal staff owned private vehicles)
- Load tests of cranes and forklift
- Daily checks on websites for traffic fines issued by relevant Municipalities
- Capture new traffic fines received
- Obtain relevant driver information that utilize Company vehicle when offence took place
- Ensure driver is informed about the traffic fine
- Compile monthly report to be submitted to H.R. for deduction
- Arrange payments at Month end for traffic fines submitted to H.R.
- Follow up on re direction of traffic fines for staff, dismissed, resigned from Company
- Update file after payments, & re direction has been done.
Requirements
- Matric
- Valid driver’s license
- Self-motivated individual with good time management and task prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills with internal staff and Suppliers
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Especially excel)
- Good knowledge of Sage Evolution
- Attention to Detail
- Reliable & Honest
- Willing to work after hours if need be (includes Saturdays)
- Monthly stock take
