Manage specialist field force teams for after-sales, primarily responsible for company and Group Parts turnover objectives, oil & tires, motor body repairers and converters. Managing a field force (Sales) and Admin Office (Analytical and Marketing) team to deliver company and Group Parts turnover objectives. By interfacing the Group Parts Division with the dealer network, through both field consultation and the activities in the Dealer Support Centre, we strive to create the best motor dealer franchise parts departments that support the highest levels of customer satisfaction within South Africa and Sub-Saharan Region.
ESSENTIAL:
Degree in Sales & Marketing Management.
5-8 years post graduate management experience/ specialist position in Sales and Marketing area.
Good understanding of financial measures and principles/ Dealer Network (all Brands preferable).
Experience/understanding of Aftersales environment will be an added advantage
Experience/understanding of advertising business.
Group Parts Broad business exposure will be an added advantage
Forecasting and Target setting experience
Must be computer literate in QMF and MS Office.
Detailed knowledge of SAP is a mandatory requirement.
Must have excellent negotiation skills.
