Job Summary
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Part Sales Executive to join their dynamic team at a reputable motor dealership in the Johannesburg North area. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling automotive parts and accessories, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall parts department in meeting sales targets and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source parts and accessories based on customer needs.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and services.
- Drive sales targets by actively promoting and upselling parts and accessories.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing the parts inventory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle parts returns and warranty claims in accordance with dealership policies.
- Collaborate with the service department and other teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Prior experience as a Part Sales Executive at a motor dealership is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record in achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid driver’s license.
