Job Summary
ABOUT THE POSITION
Your tasks will include procurement, project management, contract management, new business development, HR, reporting, administration, invoicing and payments, meeting coordination, bookings, errands, along with planning, coordinating, and executing travel, events, dinners and in general to be of assistance to the Managing Director.
You will also be required to attend business and networking functions and be a representative for our business.

YOUR PROFILE
• Expertise and/or background as an executive assistant or office manager, accounting, procurement, finance, project management, export and logistics, or business development.
• Good know knowledge of the Microsoft Word package and any accounting software is of merit.
• True interest or experience in the SADC region or Africa at large.
• Well organized, responsible and reliable.
• You pay attention to detail and like to push forward to finish your tasks before the deadline.
• Previous experience working in international organizations or overseas is of merit.
• You enjoy engaging with others and have excellent social and people skills.
• You have a high level of spoken and written English.
• You have a bachelor’s degree or higher education.
• You have a driver’s license.
